Hon. Moses Anim, MP for Tro-Bu Constituency and Deputy Majority Whip in Parliament this afternoon joined the heads and students of St. John’s Grammar SHS in a special award presentation to seven (7) best performed students in the 2019 West Africa Examination.
The Member of Parliament used the occasion to motivate the students to study hard not only for themselves but for the wellbeing of their families and Ghana as a whole. He applauded the demonstration of academic excellence by the award winning students and encouraged the rest to learn from them.
He also used the opportunity to recount the achievements and investments made by the NPP government in education, a justification of his extending the ternue of this government.
“The governing NPP government is critical about education, hence the various interventions being introduced and implemented by H.E Nana Akufo-Addo that deserves ‘4 More Term’, take advantage of them and make mother Ghana proud” he added.
The awarded students received Laptops, tablets, memory cards and certificates.
He presented an undisclosed amount of money to the best performing students who are all currently in furthering their education in the public universities.
