Franco Estate Provides Accommodation for Police

Chief Executive Officer for Franco Estate, Francis Kwesi Nyankson has donated newly constructed 4 bed room house to the police in the Ofankor North to accommodate personnel of the service who will be stationed at at Franco Estate Police Station, situated at North Ofankor .

According to him, this kind gesture is meant to assist the Police provide security to residents in and around the estate.

DCOP Mr.Adu Anim who was the special guest of honour expressed his appreciation to Nyankson for his support to strengthen police operations in the Ofankor North area.

He also stated that, “this apartment will help ensure effective policing of the community as well as befitting working environment for the men and women of the Ghana Police”.

He also assured the police service of his readiness to support personnel of the station in the area in the provision of security to residents of the area and promised that he will provide a more conductive environment for the police officers to work.

The Chief Executive also called on the entire Franco Estate residents and it’s environs to see the Presence of the new police station as a move to secure them in the newly developed community.

He used the opportunity to express his appreciation to the stakeholder who played their part in the construction of this police station, the chiefs, workers, residents and so forth.
